       Working in the old kolhoz, heading to only shop in the area, morning drinks by dry cleaner’s with drinking buddies - peaks of the local culture in artists hometown - Targale parish, Ventspils.

       Unexpected event in the epicenter of culture - a mother of two dragging a poster that says “Life sucks, but culture says otherwise” for 4 hours around a small parish. In the end - local drunks questions “is it that bad?”, rarely met neighbour phone calls, yard keepers laughter.

       Photo series consists of well known drinking spots and underrated places, combined with photo proof of the happening.
